  • There is a NO REFUND policy on custom made items as bespoke pieces are to individual specifications.
  • Custom/bespoke pieces cannot be returned. By going ahead with purchase it means the customer has agreed to the terms and conditions and this is at customers own discretion
  • Please allow plenty of time for custom/bespoke orders  (4 weeks minimum).
  • Please allow up to 2 weeks for our ready to wear pieces delivered within the UK ( 2-4 weeks outside the UK)
